Tip Top Roofing is a full-service roofing company. We specialize in new construction, tear-offs, re-roofs, flat roofs, roof repairs and roof maintenance.
Each project is carefully assessed to determine the best options available to suit the building owner’s individual roofing needs and budget. An expert proposal is then prepared to provide the building owner with a detailed description of Tip Top’s: (a) proposed services; (b) the material components used in the process; and (c) the cost of popular upgrades.
Thinking of building a new house or structure? The bid process can be an important factor in the length of time it takes to build your new dwelling, and the cost. Tip Top Roofing can assist you in being prepared for your new project. Using your blueprint, we will provide a detailed proposal within three days.
When a building owner’s structure requires a new roof or their roof system is beyond repair, Tip Top Roofing will install a new roof system. Tearing off the old roof and installing a new one is the most recommended method.
Re-Roofs (Roof Over)
When the budget does not allow for a complete tearoff of the old roof system and the old roof has an even surface, a layer of roof can be installed over existing shingles. Many city codes only allow up to two layers of roofing. Tip Top Roofing pays close attention to the installation of shingles over existing roofing.
A roof is considered a flat roof when it has a pitch below 4/12. For this low slope type of application asphalt shingles are not recommended. Tip Top Roofing specializes in installation of EPDM thermoset rubber membrane and torch down or self-adhering modified flat roofing systems.
In many instances some components of your roof may need to be repaired or replaced rather than replacing the entire roof system. Some examples of this would include: leaks, shingle blowoffs, skylights, chimney flashing or housing, ventilation systems, and flat roofs.
Roof System Maintenance
This is an important factor in maximizing the lifetime of your roof. Roof maintenance includes annual inspections, snow removal, and keeping roof and gutters clear of debris. Investing a small amount of money in maintenance may save you thousands of dollars.
Roof Inspections & Certifications
Whether you’re buying or selling a home, the condition of the roof often becomes an issue during negotiations of the contract price. We will provide you with a detailed inspection report or certification within 48 hours of your call. We charge a nominal fee for this service that can be deducted from any project that we are contracted for on that property.
